You are very welcome to participate in our yoga teacher training programme. Our goal is to awaken the teacher inside you and equip you with a firm basis for bringing your own yoga practise to a whole new level, allowing you to teach from self-experienced wisdom and knowledge rather than conceptual information.
- Yogic Philosophy: Using Patanjali Yoga Sutras, you will get philosophical knowledge about Yoga. This is by far the most eye-opening section for the majority of our pupils. It explains in detail how yoga keeps you energetic and energised, as well as how to expand your mind beyond and above. It is an art form to do various activities on a physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional level.
- Learning to teach 60 different asanas: You will learn how to teach 60 different asanas. What are their impacts, how to strengthen them, how to achieve complete alignment, what the benefits are, and what the constraints are? To successfully perform various asanas on physical, mental, spiritual, and an emotional level.
- In-depth examination of 18 asanas: You will explore 18 essential asanas in depth. In this in-depth study, you will encounter yoga on a completely new level. True Yogic secrets will be disclosed to you here.
- An understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body, mind, and soul: You will get a thorough grasp of yoga anatomy and how to apply it to avoid potential injuries in your class and personal practise. (Note: Anatomy sessions are taught and presented from a yogic perspective, which differs from standard anatomy classes designed for medical experts.)
Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, and Shatkarmas practise Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, and Shatkarmas will be practised, as well as how to teach these methods to your pupils. - Learning how to instruct meditation methods: You will learn the understanding of meditation, the practise, and how to guide your pupils into meditation from our seasoned and master practitioner. Discover the spiritual power of Mantra chanting.
Mantra chanting is a self-loving practise that allows you to connect with your inner happiness. By experiencing the advantages of mantra chanting for yourself, you may pass it on to your future pupils. To join inside is a spiritual activity. This is covered in our curriculum.
What to anticipate:
- Following the exam, you will be given your certificate.
- A spectacular life-changing Yoga training experience lasting 25 days.
- Learning yoga at an ashram that is attuned to the Highest Yogic Frequencies and provides you with the ideal energy field in which to experience yoga as a yogi.
- Cosy, comfortable lodging in a twin or private room with air conditioning, heating, an attached bath, and 24-hour electricity. (Both cold and hot water).
- Satvic, Clean Vegetarian Cuisine (Special dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request.).
- A training manual is included with the YTT software.
- Kit for Shatkarma (Cleansing).
- One excursion per free day.
